Who we are

The Bethesda family spans from ages 0 to 80+. Although a Baptist Church, affiliated to the Baptist Union of Great Britain, we are a worshipping people who come from different backgrounds and experiences. Together, we have a strong belief that, as His church, God has called us to fulfil His commands by: wholeheartedly loving Him; loving and serving our neighbour in word and deed; introducing people to Jesus; and becoming more like Him through committed discipleship.

Our logo, 'Church without Walls', reflects our determination not only to be ‘Bible-based’ but to be open to the moving of the Holy Spirit within our people, particularly as He motivates us to: actively work with the churches around us in Trowbridge; engage with our community sharing the love of Jesus; and ‘make disciples’ in His name...
