Children at the Nile Vocational Institute

February 2009,

Dave, Jac and Nigel from Bethesda, joined a party of 18 people from Althringham Baptist Church on a 2 week visit to Jinja in Uganda, organised by Ungandaid. The aim of the vist was to carry out school classroom renovations, Community Development work in Bulunga villiage and to support the work at the Nile Vocational Training Institute.
One special project was to upgrade the IT training facilities in the Business Studies Faculty at NVI.  See poster here.
